CBVeronika Breer joined Gibson Sotheby's International Realty's Weston office with 26 years of real estate sales experience. A 29 year resident of Sudbury, Ms. Breer has sold hundreds of homes in the Wayland, Weston and Sudbury, as well as many other communities in the Greater Boston area.
Ms. Breer was born and raised in Vienna, Austria. She attended the University of Vienna and became proficient in English, German, French and Russian. Her multilingual skills led her to work as an Academic Translator and also as the Social Secretary for the Secretary General of the United Nations in New York City.
Her patience, listening skills and dedication to her clients has helped her develop a successful referral business. She has also consistently and diligently pursued additional training, having earned certificates as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialost (SRES) and Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). She was regularly recognized as being in the top 1% of her former firm, and was named among the top 1% of all agents nationally in sales production by Real Trend. She was also listed in the Guide to America's Top Real Estate Professionals.
In her personal time, Ms. Breer has volunteered her time and resources to many community organizations, including the Buddy Dog Humane Society, the Junior League of Boston and most recently at Christopher's Haven. She is a runner, skiier, scuba diver and has her Private Pilot's License.
